First created in 1970 in Germany these Lops are medium sized rabbit weighing between 6.5 – 8.5lb. They are chunky and muscular with no visible neck. German lops heads should be strongly developed with a distinct width between the eyes. There should be the appearance of a Roman nose with well-developed cheeks. Ears are broad and thick and carried close to the cheeks.
