I have luckily managed to get my hands on a brother and sister pair of Iron-Grey German Lops that popped out of a litter of Sooties belonging to Carolyn Padwick. There are very few of these in the country although we are hearing of more popping out so once they are seen on the show tables I guess more fanciers will run the youngters on.

As my first 2 are brother and sister I have bought in REW's with suitable genetic backgrounds to give me more in forthcoming litters. The REW buck is a fantastic old boy who is, in fact, a sooty butterfly under his white coat so there may be Iron-Grey butterflies in the offing *yikes*

Iron Grey is essentially Chichillated Sooty Fawn and of course the same colour as my Sallanders. It was meant to be wasn't it :o)
